We offer a Home Search Program to enable the Employee and Family to find a suitable Doha home in accordance with personal preference and corporate policy, and also to facilitate the preparation and signature of an appropriate lease while managing all the move-in formalities.


Initiation First Contact:
All our home search packages begin with a first contact by telephone or email to introduce our services, establish any requirements, and reply to any initial  queries.

Information Pack:
We will promptly send an information pack via e-mail outlining:
• The Service Entitlement to the Assignee
• Guide to the rental process in the Assignee's new city
• Rental values and area descriptions
• Home Finder Questionnaire
• Pre-arrival check list
• Additional required information from  the Assignee's company

Managing Expectations:
We will spend as much time as necessary via telephone and e-mail giving appropriate support and advice,  helping to create realistic expectations before arrival to the new city. This includes detailed area guides and sample properties as we have found this to be paramount to the overall success of the relocation.


Set up viewing appointments
Using information from the Home Finder Questionnaire, suitable properties will be identified for viewing within the preferred areas and appointments will be set up for an agreeable date. All appropriate properties available will be seen on each day.

Accompanied Viewings of Properties (Standard day, 9am-5pm)
The relocating party will be accompanied and guided through all suitable property viewings, with  the final decision being the Assignee’s personal choice. These days can also be used as additional area familiarization or orientation days within selected areas.
